How It Works

Email hello@anchor.thisisomni.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number. That's it. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

What's Covered

- Unopened products: full refund, no questions asked
- Opened products you tried and weren't satisfied with: full refund within 30 days
- Damaged or defective items on arrival: full refund or replacement, your choice

We cover return shipping on any defective or damaged item. For standard returns, a prepaid label is provided on request.

What's Not Covered

- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (we can only stand behind products ordered directly from anchor.thisisomni.ai)
